This area is quite involved and each venue represents its our challenges. Quoting depends on venue size and layout. Of course, there are contributing factors such as style of lighting (fairy or festoon), material used (tulle or bunting) and centre point selections.
Some venues have their own pre-made ceiling decorations, most do not. Some ceilings are either too low or have no centre point to work from. However, there is no better statement than having your guests enter a venue with a dynamic ceiling presentation. This also can incorporate your backdrop and over all styling.
Ground lighting reflecting on to walls or backdrops are also a great option. For parties both indoor and out try stringing up festoon lights (bulb) or fairy lights.
